She is pretty lovely today too

I hughuged her and went to sleep 

Because my back was hurts and felt very anxiety and worry about my life and felt anxiety and scared 

And had nightmares again 

I wakeup many times 

But I just try to keep sleeping

I can only sleep 3 hours straight I think or 2
